Yeah for now. This is actually just one google doc with history of all 1-1s in a single one along with their learning goals. Notion might be a better alternative but I might end up writing a custom tool for this.

My goal is to make it easy for my team to take this history with them if they move to a different manager or even if they go to another company. Infact, I have helped defined learning goals for someone who was leaving (using the first three meetings I mentioned) and then they took it with them to the next company.
